If your product is damaged due to the error of the carrier, you must file a report with the carrier service directly.

ScaleMyFish uses the payment processor Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Information we collect when you make a successful order

We collect all information you submit in your order, excluding your card details. We store the last four digits of your card details with your order and Stripe handles all the rest.
